I’m writing this letter is to inform you that I, Pat Behnke, due to an unfortunate personal situation, will no longer be able to perform duties as owner of LawnDrinks Irrigation. This is a sad time for us at LawnDrinks Irrigation. I want to thank you and tell you we have always greatly appreciated your business.

We personally recommend that you contact Nature’s Helper for all your future underground sprinkler needs.   Nature’s Helper has agreed to honor the same pricing that you had as a customer of LawnDrinks.  In addition, if your sprinkler system still has any warranty remaining with LawnDrinks, Nature’s Helper will replace any manufacturer defects free of charge as long as you winterize your sprinklers with them.

We have provided them with your name and information and they have your history with LawnDrinks on file so it should be a relatively seamless transition. They have friendly and knowledgeable staff and service technicians ready to help you.  In addition, one of my service technicians, Michael, is now working at Nature’s Helper, so I’m sure you’ll continue to get the great service you have come to expect with LawnDrinks.

It is very important to us that we leave our customers in good hands and we feel that Nature’s Helper is a good fit for our customers.  Nature’s Helper is a family-owned business, just as LawnDrinks has been and they have been serving the Omaha metro area for over 12 years.  They have built a reputation for honest communication, dependability and quality work. Owner, Howard Kucera is a good friend of mine and I know you will be happy with his company’s service.
